Choose a short link people can read
A custom alias is the part after the CUTIX domain. Use a recognizable name when a link needs to work on a poster, in a message or when spoken aloud.
Pick an available alias
Sign in and create a link from your dashboard. An alias accepts 3–40 Latin letters, digits and hyphens, with no hyphen at either end. Uppercase and lowercase are treated alike.
A name such as autumn-menu describes the purpose without a long address. It must be available, and names used by CUTIX system routes cannot be claimed.
Manage the link after sharing it
You can update the destination from the link detail page while keeping the same short address. Changes are recorded in its history. You can also pause the link and enable it again.
Deleting a link releases its alias for reuse by other people. Keep a link if its printed QR code still matters. Links with no visits for 180 days are also removed automatically.
A readable address is still public
Anyone with the short URL can follow it. Choosing your own name does not add a password or restrict access to the destination.
